Some people believe that managers are responsible for the organization’s success, while others think various features of the organization play a vital role in it. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
План эссе:
Introduction – Одни полагают, что менеджеры отвечают за успех организации, в то время как другие считают, что различные характеристики организации играют важную роль в успехе. Обсудите обе стороны и дайте свое мнение.
Essay body 1 –
Topic sentence: Менеджеры — ключ к успеху организации
Examples:
(1) они принимают ключевые решения, которые направляют работу организации — это помогает организации определить долгосрочное видение будущего.
(2) они координируют работу подразделений организации, назначают требуемых специалистов и контролируют процессы.
Essay body 2 –
Topic sentence: Успех организации зависит от чего-то еще
Examples:
(1) влияют товары или услуги, предлагаемые организацией, и их способность удовлетворять потребности потребителей.
(2) влияет также текущая обстановка на рынке, уровень конкуренции, законодательство и общий экономический климат в стране.
Conclusion –
роль менеджеров важнее, т.к. они их решения и способность реагировать на внутренние и внешние факторы ведут к успеху организации.

There is an opinion that managing staff in an organization normally determines its success. However, the opponents of this view argue that there are other significant factors that can influence the successful operation of an organization. Both perspectives require a close examination before making a conclusion.
Primarily, those who think that managers are the major driving force of a successful company may have the following reasons. Thus, the ability to form effective strategies and make timely and thought-out decisions shows managers as the key players in leading an organization to prosperity. This is because this kind of competence allows companies to have a long-term vision and set business goals. Another important role that managers play in this case is the ability to coordinate team work, appoint appropriate staff, control and adjust the process of achieving goals.
Nonetheless, other factors affecting an organization’s success should also be taken into account. One of those is definitely the nature of a product or a service that this organization offers on the market, its capacity to satisfy customers’ needs as well as its quality. What is more, a company’s position is often determined by current market situation reflected in the level of competition, legislation and general economic climate in a country or countries where this company operates.
In short, these above considerations make it clear for me that the success of an organization is a complex phenomenon that is influenced by numerous variables. It is my firm belief that competent managers and their ability to address both internal and external factors directly determine business success.
